We offer two main shipping options for our customers:

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and third-party carrier delays.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method you choose and the destination of your order. You can view the estimated shipping charges during checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotions with free shipping. Keep an eye on our website and subscribe to our newsletter for updates on shipping offers.

Currently, Wesx ships only to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to assist you in correcting it before shipment.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, Wesx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates, or contact the carrier for more details.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@wesx.xyz. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the damage occurred during shipping, we may issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
