1. Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wesx.xyz with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note: We do not issue refunds for opened or used products.
  • If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, along with free return shipping.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
